| Description | Description of work: General contractor work includes removal of the existing cafeteria ceiling, structural modifications for the new rooftop units, installation of a new cafeteria ceiling, roofing, and a concrete pad for a grade mounted roof top unit. Plumbing work includes new gas piping and condensate piping. HVAC work includes a new grade mounted rooftop unit, two new roof mounted roof top units, one new split system, new ductwork, new refrigerant piping and HVAC controls. Electrical work includes shifting some existing circuits to another, nearby, existing panelboard, power for the new HVAC equipment and replacement of the cafeteria lights. . The Central CUSD #3 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and reserves the right to determine the qualifications of any and all contractors to perform the work required under this contract |
