Whole Village Family Resource Center Parking Lot Replacement

The Project includes the following Work: Remove and replace the existing asphalt parking lot, entrance drive and concrete sidewalk at the Whole Village Family Resource Center at 258 Highland Street in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Work shall commence on or about June 19, 2023 and shall be substantially complete by September 1, 2023. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 17758. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M2211, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18, 2022. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
