| Description | Contractor shall provide a heavy-duty mechanical broom street sweeper, e.g., Elgin Eagle or equivalent to provide sweeping service to the entire parking lot area and roadway lanes. Contractor to provide a mobile or heavy-duty dustless power vacuum attachment capable of removing all debris and leaves from the paved parking area, fence line, etc. Hand blowing will be required in areas the sweeper will not reach.
