| Description | The City is requesting proposals for the operation of a Low Barrier, Overnight Warming Center Sealed proposals are to be delivered to the Office of the Development Services, 1st Floor (City Services), 16 Cony Street, Augusta, Maine 04330, in a in a plain envelope with the name of the bidder in the upper left-hand corner and mark the envelope with " Bid No. 231123 LOW BARRIER, OVERNIGHT WARMING CENTER " prior to the date and hour specified for proposal opening. No proposal will be accepted after the previously stated time and date. Telephone, telegraph, or facsimile bids will not be accepted. Bidders will be required to submit a proposal as described in the Format of Proposal. Bidders are required to state any exception(s) to the specifications enclosed.
