Epoxy Painting Services

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL), hereafter referred to as the State, is inviting responses to this Invitation For Bid (IFB) entitled EPOXY PAINTING SERVICES. This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Epoxy Painting Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, licenses, supervision, insurance, bonds, travel and per diem and any other costs necessary to perform services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program, California Training Facility located at 31625 Highway 101, Soledad, CA 93960. In accordance with the California Government Code and Americans with Disabilities Act, this IFB is available in a text-only format on a compact disc as a disability-related reasonable accommodation. Annabele Cutajar (279) 210-3721 Annabele.Cutajar@cdcr.ca.gov California Relay Service 1-800-735-2929 Termination of Agreement 365 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) If progress payments are provided for in the bid and the Contract amount exceeds $10,000, the successful bidder shall furnish an original faithful performance bond and a duplicate copy in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the Contract If the Contract price exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish an original payment bond and a duplicate copy to accompany the Contract in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the Contract. The bond MUST be prepared on CDCRs STD 807 form, Payment Bond to Accompany Construction Contract, provided to the Contractor by CDCR before execution of the Contract.
