Screening Information Request/Request for Offer Replace the Existing Guy-Wired Towers at the Remote Transmitter/Receiver (RTR) Standby Site at Long Island Macarthur Airport (ISP) in Ronkonkoma, New York.

The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to install: one (1) 45-ft high, 24ft x 16-ft self-supporting steel platform antenna tower with; elevated ice bridge and 24 LMR-600 DB coaxial cables from a new junction box installed inside the existing shelter to the new tower platform junction box; excavate and install concrete foundation for the antenna tower, erect the antenna tower along with all associated items; platform, railings, walk up stairway, ice bridging, cable waveguide ladder, LMR cables, electrical power outlets, obstruction and work lights, antenna mounts, grounding and lightning protection, etc.; and perform site work as required. Project involves the demolition/removal of four (4) existing guy-wired steel towers. The existing steel towers are 40-ft high. Tower steel, along with; cables, antenna, grounding, etc. shall be removed in their entirety and disposed of. Tower foundations shall be taken down to 1-ft below grade and abandoned in place. Cables at tower bases and at shelter shall be cut 2-ft below grade and abandoned in place.
