Description

Questions must be submitted to the Project Manager no later than 2 p.m. on May 20th, 2023. Answers to any questions will be provided to everyone via the Town of St. Albans Website www.stalbanstown.com. In general, the scope of this project will follow the project development process below: Meetings Project kick off Development of conceptual level plans Development of Preliminary set of plans Development of preliminary plans. A land survey prepared by a licensed land surveyor. Develop Right of Way (ROW) plans with ROW lines along with property boundaries. Develop contract plans, technical specifications, final engineers estimate and bid documents. Assistance with determining and applying for any required permits. Assistance during construction.
