Description

The Project consists of the replacement of an approximately 5,000 SF Demonstration/Activity Building. The building includes concrete SOG foundations, conventional metal stud and light gage steel wall frames supporting roof trusses; wood windows metal standing seam roof and metal wall panels with brick veneer accent. MEP will consist of split system heat pumps with associated plumbing and electrical scopes. Demolition of existing SOG and foundations, new hardscape, sidewalk repairs around perimeter of building.
