Rock Salt/Solar Salt

For Rock Salt/Solar Salt Bids will be made on the Proposal Form provided in the manner designated therein and required by the specification, enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Director of Purchasing, Wayne Dumont Jr., Administration Building, County Rd 519S, Belvidere, NJ 07823-1949, and clearly marked on the outside with identification of the item bid. BID WC2238 ROCK SALT/SOLAR SALT Surety in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashiers Check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00 (or a specific amount if noted in the individual specification) made payable to the Chief Financial Officer, County of Warren, must accompany each proposal. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action). All bidders must comply with the provisions of P.L. 1977, Chapter 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) (Stockholder Disclosure Certification). All bidders must comply with the provisions of P.L. 2004, Chapter 57 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) (The Contractor Business Registration Act). The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which, in their judgement will best serve the interest of the county.
