Snow Removal Services for National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office

The paved parking lot area is approximately 14,800 square feet. The paved walkway areas are approximately 650 square feet combined. These areas include the parking lot, entrance drive, all paved surfaces, excluding the areas where vehicle are parked at the time work is performed. Also, the sidewalks leading from the parking lot to include the ramps and paved area to the entry/exit doors to both the main building and both out-buildings. Upon arrival at the location, the contractor shall notify the available staff to move any vehicles if necessary, to allow a more thorough plowing of the paved areas. Snow shall be plowed to allow mail delivery and complete access for trash removal vehicle to the trash dumpster, including the opening of the enclosure.
