As of December 29, 2022, a design team has been identified. A construction timeline has not been established yet. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. You are invited to submit a proposal to provide comprehensive design professional services for the SPLOST/Manager's Office. Step 1 (Request for Qualifications) seeks to identify potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms that respond to this RFQ, who are determined by the Evaluation Committee to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to interview and offer fee proposals for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. Step 2 (Request for Proposals) will be initiated by invitation to finalists to submit comprehensive Design Professional Fee Proposals and attend interviews as instructed in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Finalists will be those firms determined by the Evaluation Committee to be especially qualified to perform as the Design Professional for this Project in accordance with the qualification criteria herein. The successful Design Professional will be determined from the qualifications, interviews and fee proposals received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
