Location 1: Sunset Park Parking Lot Replacement (5200 Miller Road). Furnish all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the existing portion of the asphalt parking lot (approximately 71,400 total square feet). Location 2: Sunset Park Bike Path Replacement (5200 Miller Road). Furnish all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to replace and widen (from a width of 8 feet to a width of 12 feet) the existing portion of the asphalt bike path (approximately 710 linear feet). Location 3: Reed Road Bike Path Overlay. Furnish all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to resurface one section of bike path via asphalt overlay within the specified time frame and in a professional manner. The total length for the section of bike path is approximately 2,080 linear feet and 8 feet wide. Location 4: Bark Park Parking Lot Replacement (9027 Haligus Road). Furnish all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the existing parking lot within the specified time frame and in a professional manner. The total sq. ft. for the parking lot is approximately 9,900 sq. ft. and must be field verified for accuracy. T
