Description

Project was completely cancelled due to pricing was significantly higher than the budgeted amount. Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 6,800 feet of surface improvements on the Southern New England Trunkline Trail (SNETT) from Prospect Street to Grove Street in the Town of Franklin. The work to be performed will include excavation, granular stabilized pavement installation, drainage improvements, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
