Roof Renovations for Branch Intermediate School District

Send all Bidding RFI forms to: admin@byce.com. Questions need to be received three days prior to bid date and time. Branch Intermediate School District - will accept bids to renovate the roof of the Waldron Center building. The scope of the project will generally include removing and replacing all penetration boots with new, removing and replacing all fasteners with new, removing and replacing all termination/securement bars with new, removing and replacing wall transition between buildings, installing new ridge detail, removing any rust on panels, priming and painting with same color, providing new liner in existing gutter, and providing new snow and ice guards in locations without any. An alternate is included to provide a new painted roof. Renovation area +/- 20,727 All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Branch Intermediate School District or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Additionally, each bid shall be accompanied by a notarized disclosure statement indicating that they have not been doing business with companies having ties with the country of Iran in accordance with the Iran Sanctions Act. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a notarized Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
