Description

1. The contractor shall perform professional roofing inspections as requested by the County in accordance with Douglas County adopted codes and amendments. 2. The contractor shall provide a clear and concise written copy of each inspection form including the outcome of the inspection and any corrections required on each jobsite 3. The contractor shall be responsible for providing any necessary tools or equipment needed to perform inspections. 4. Douglas County has set a high standard for customer service and professionalism. All roof inspection contractors are expected to meet these standards.
