Construction of Pickleball Courts

Construction of Three (3) Pickleball Courts a. Grading, paving, seal, and topcoat seal. Pickle ball dimensions will be built to USA Pickleball Standards. Remove and dispose all unsuitable material, compacted sub grade. Fine grade and compact entire area to be suitable sub grade in preparation for new paving. Court to have a slope between 0.833% and 1%. All surveying needed to make sure area has proper pitch and critical grade for adequate surface water runoff on new pavement surface. Documented as-built of grades shot for entire area. Furnish and install 2” inches of bituminous concrete in two courses: 2” binder and 1 1/2” surface course (top). Site must be left in “ready” state for games. Any and all damages to surrounding area must be repaired. Refer to USA Pickleball for Exact Dimensions Each minimum recommended court area is 60’ x 30’. Playing area is 44’ by 20’. 1. Apply two coats of novacrylic combination coat. a. Colors to be Blue with White playing lines. 2. Purchase and install netting and posts 3. Purchase and install fencing
