| Description | For a four-year contract, with one additional optional year, for the collection, removal and disposal of garbage, rubbish, bulky waste and designated recyclables. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in favor of Center Township in the amount specified in the Contract Documents. No proposal may be withdrawn for 90 days after the same has been filed with the Township. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any technical defects and to accept or reject any proposal or combination of proposals that it may deem to be best for the interests of the Township. |
