Description

Description: The City of Jersey City - Division of Architecture is seeking lump-sum Proposals responsive to the RFP for the professional services of an Architectural and Engineering Design Contractor for a complete building envelope rehabilitation of 280 Grove Street. design and construction administration (program validation through project close out and post occupancy) of a new North District Police Precinct in Jersey City, New Jersey Building Envelope Rehabilitation. The scope of work will include a full building envelope condition assessment (roof, exterior walls and cladding, and exterior openings), an accompanying report with cost estimate for rehabilitation, contract documents for envelope rehabilitation, and construction administration services during rehabilitation. Priority shall be given to entities who meet the Secretary of Interiors Professional Qualifications Standards for Historic Architecture pursuant to 36 CFR part 61.
