Rheta's Market Dishroom Renovation

In general the work consists of: the partial renovation of the First Floor Dishroom and Basement Dishwashing Room of Rheta’s Market in the Chadbourne Residence Hall on the University of Wisconsin Campus at 420 North Park Street, Madison Wisconsin, 53706. The project includes the demolition of a two story dumbwaiter and the construction in its place of a two story Vertical Accumulator conveyor system. Two new openings are cut in the concrete Dishroom floor. The conveyor system is enclosed in two hour masonry and drywall shaft wall construction. Fire rated coiling doors are installed at each level and tied into building alarm system. Plumbing and electrical infrastructure is renovated to serve the new Vertical Accumulator. Finish work in Dishroom includes patching terrazzo, installing porcelain wall tile, and new LED light fixtures. The foodservice equipment is provided and installed by owner. Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
