Oakes Road Reconstruction

Pavement removals, excavation, grading, pond construction, box culvert construction, storm sewer construction, water main relay and directional drillng, curb and gutter, asphaltic pavement, concrete sidewalk, pavement marking and signing, traffic control, and erosion control. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 13,000 cubic yards of excavation, 3,300 cubic yards of breaker run, 6,500 cubic yards of base aggregate dense, 3,700 tons of HMA pavement, 4,200 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 23,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 4,700 linear feet of pavement marking, 470 linear feet of box culvert, 1,800 linear feet of varied sized storm sewer, and 260 linear feet of water main. An alternate bid will be required for concrete pavement in lieu of HMA pavement
