Description

Base Bid includes: replacing the HVAC equipment in five classrooms. Demolition work consists of: Disconnection and abandonment in place of existing HVAC equipment, partial demolition and modification of existing ACT systems, partial demolition and modification of existing roof construction. New work consists of: Installation of five new RTUs, ducts, and related materials and equipment, new steel structural supports, metal stud framed bulkhead and dropped ACT systems.
