The project consists of the replacement of 56 gas water heaters with electric and installation of 4 new electric central HVAC systems at Houston Court and Fifth Avenue. The work to replace 52 water heaters will be in occupied units. The 4 new HVAC systems and 4 water heaters will be in unoccupied units.
