This includes all underbrush, scrub oaks, overgrowth around all trees, and premiters of any structures. Board up any broken windows or open doors with 1/2” CDX plywood. Remove and dispose of all vines on gates. Grounds to be left clean of any clippings, cuttings, sticks, or other debris, this includes walkways, sidewalks, and road way. Any ruts, holes, or uneven areas caused by contractors equipment or due to cutting and cleaning should be left smooth and even so property can be easily maintained in the future. |
