Watertown Crisis Care Center

The project is being bid as a single prime contract: (1) General Construction. The scope of work includes but is not limited to renovation and expansion of the Crisis Care Center. Removals include interior and exterior finishes, windows and doors, MEP systems, and site demolition. New work includes new interior and exterior finishes, window and doors, MEP systems, fire alarm system, substructure and superstructure work, and sitework improvements. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or acceptable Sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
