District Wide Monitoring, Testing, Maintenance and Repair of Domestic Water Supply Systems

District Wide Monitoring, Testing, Maintenance and Repair of Domestic Water Supply Systems Bidders must use all forms as specified in the bid documents. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside in a sealed envelope referencing the bid number, bid name, opening date, opening time and contractor name. The District will not open or consider any bid unless it is received at this location no later than 10:00 am. The Board of Education will not be responsible for the premature opening of any bid that hasn't been marked according to all of the above guidelines. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the District reserves the right to reject bids that contain omissions, exceptions or modifications, or in their sole discretion to waive such irregularities or to reject any bid which is in the best interest of the District.
