354th Security Forces Squadron K9 Kennel Facility Repair

The purpose of this TO is to provide the Government with construction, and warranty in accordance with FAR 52.246-21, for the design and construction repairs of the military working dog kennels on Eielson Air Force Base, AK. Work needed to be performed will include design and repairs to replace the domestic water system. The current septic system is inoperable and needs to be demolished and replaced. The building's heating system needs to be replaced and fully functional per standards for the occupants. The ventilation system needs to be upgraded and extended through the entire facility. Electrical systems need to be demolished and replaced to ensure code compliance. A fire sprinkler and alarm system shall be designed and installed. The construction of an extension of the existing structure is required to provide space to house required facility systems and equipment. The existing rated walls also require repairs and the finishes need to be replaced. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
