Wired Telecommunications Services (North Carolina)

This request for the delivery, installation, verification testing, cutover, onsite acceptance testing, and support of (26) Lines of service. The solution shall include Business Line 911 Service. The analog business line requires simple 10 digit outbound dialing support. Lines shall be installed to the facility MDF and cross connected/extended to customer equipment designated by the local point of contact. Provide and/or install twenty-six (26) Lines of service listed in the attached spreadsheet to include all features. The lines will terminate at the demarc point in the telecommunications room, at multiple addresses listed in the attached spreadsheet. They will be clearly tagged and labeled at the demarc point. Lines will be extended to the required end user location.
