Olde Course Clubhouse Renovation Project

Work will include the renovation/reconstruction of the existing Clubhouse at the Olde Course, with the following physical characteristics: • Approximately 3,500 SF of enclosed Clubhouse area to be reconstructed in the footprint of the existing building with new outdoor covered spaces, including entrances, walkways and patio spaces, favorably oriented for wayfinding and views. • Anticipated structural systems for the reconstruction of the Clubhouse will include wood framed walls and wood and timber framed roofs supplemented by limited structural steel framing. It is anticipated existing footings and foundations will be suitable for reuse or supplemented in the renovated/reconstructed building. • Typical exterior wall finishes will include fiber cement siding, stucco, adhered masonry or similar lightweight, non-loadbearing materials. Roof coverings will be asphalt shingle, metal panel, or similar lightweight materials. • Limited site work to include flatwork surrounding building, planting beds, connection to existing utilities and new grease interceptor serving snack bar kitchen.
