| Description | Replace existing water lines in the village of Watrous, Gaines Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania including new service lines and connections, adding blow-offs, including future transmission main all as set forth on the Drawings and in these Specifications. Work to be completed includes, but is not limited to, the following general items: excavation, piping and valves, backfill, testing, and surface restoration.
