Replacement of the Headquarter Office VC HVAC

This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction work at Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway. This is a Sealed-Bid. The complete specifications, drawings, provisions, and clauses are available on http://www.sam.gov. The work consists of replacing the HVAC throughout the Visitor's Center. Minor ceiling and wall removal and replacement, including finishing, is required to facilitate the HVAC replacement. Certain areas will receive lighting upgrades and other electrical wiring. All work is to take place at Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Invitation for Bid will include Base Line Item and One Option Line Item. Offerors are required to submit an offer that conforms to the solicitation documents with pricing for Base Line Item and Option Line Item. Failure to do so shall render the bid unacceptable.
