The new CLC transformer is a 750 KVA, 13200 V to 480Y/277 V, Class OA 60 Hertz, Three Phase Distribution Transformer, copper windings, and 4 position switch (A, B, Open, Open). The building #3 (CLC) transformer is located in a fenced area next to building #3 (CLC). See attachment 1 and 2. The transformer feeds the main electrical room 1K-115 located in building #3 (CLC). Additional buildings fed from this electrical room 1K-115 are building #7 (VA Police), building #12 (HR), building #5 (water tower pump house), building #19 (Hospice), and building #4 (Fisher House). The transformer also directly feeds the transformer (13200 B-feed only) for building #16 (Mental Health). Magnitude of Construction: $500,000 and $1,000,000.
