Security and Fire Protection Services

The State of Montana participates in certain solicitations that are initiated and managed by other participating states through cooperative purchasing groups such as NASPO ValuePoint. This announcement is to advise all interested vendors that the State of Montana is posting this Intent to Participate for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Security & Fire Protection Services. An RFP was issued by the State of Nevada in collaboration with NASPO ValuePoint on December 21, 2022. The purpose of this RFP is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders to provide Security & Fire Protection Services for all Participating States. The objective of the RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing. The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities. The State of Montana may participate in any resulting contract from this solicitation.
