Description

The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following summary: 1. Installation of 26 new self-contained air conditioning/ heat pump units. 2. Electrical Modifications and upgrades associated with the new air conditioners. 3. Architectural (wall/floor/window/ceiling) Modifications associated with the replacement of air conditioners. 4. Removal and reinstallation of classroom casework associated with unit ventilators. 5. As part of their work, contractor to contact Miss Utility and have all the underground utilities located and identified in and around the areas of work. Contractor shall also have identified all underground sanitary and storm water drain lines, in and around the area of work. Contractor will be required to have all utilities test pitted for depth below current grade at the site.
