Question Deadline 08/18/2023 at 1:00 PM MT RFQ QUESTIONS The deadline for any written questions pertaining, All information requests or any correspondence concerning this requirement shall be provided by email only to dale.clark@ihs.govSubject Title of email is "IHS1478100 Solicitation for Walk-In Cooler & Freezer Repair". The Whiteriver Indian Health Service (WRSU) Hospital requires a contracting action for the repair and servicing of the Dietary Walk-In Cooler/Freezer. The Whiteriver Indian Health Service Hospital requires a contracted project for the repairs of three walk-in coolers and one walk-in freezer within the Dietary Department. To ensure continued functionality, the major components shall be replaced with this scope of work. The scope of work detailed below outlines the required project outcomes. The Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary work to achieve required outcomes including labor, equipment, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), policy adherence, infection control compliance, incidental design, travel, per diem, tribal fees, and other related expenses required to complete the project. The contractor shall replace the complete rooftop condensing units and interior evaporating units for the three built-in (3) walk-in coolers and single (1) walk-in freezer. All associate components, such as refrigerant, which are required to replace the condensing units and interior evaporating units shall be included in this scope of work. A crane or equipment hoist shall be utilized to move the units from the ground level to the rooftop. The contractor shall verify all component requirements.
