| Description | The City of Dover, New Hampshire is requesting pricing information and availability on the purchase of Plumbing & Heating Services for various routine and emergency works within the City, on an "as needed" basis. Contract will be for one year with option to extend three additional one year terms. General information and specifications are as follows. Submitted Rates will hold for one year and will be negotiated for the optional three one year extensions. Rate increases IF ANY for additional years will not exceed the Consumer Price Index (Boston). The contract pricing will be based on Time and Materials Only. Man hours paid under this agreement shall be only for production hours. TIMELINE Anticipated timeline: Starting February 28, 2023. Contract will be for one year with option to extend three additional one year terms. |
