Description | Furnishing all labor and materials to rehabilitate the exterior of the following single-family dwellings: 3016 Columbus Street 3013 Elgin Street 2434 Court Street 2723 Garland Street 611 S. 30th Street 2625 Arline Street 2811 Oklahoma Street 714 S. 30th Street 2606 W. Broadway Street 719 S. 29th Street 2717 W. Broadway Street 2908 Williams Avenue 2923 Elgin Street The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder for each single-family dwellings listed above. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Any bidder (Contractor) seeking to bid on a project for the City of Muskogee Housing Rehabilitation Program must be issued a Certificate of Competency by the Contractors PreQualification Board as established by City Code 2-548. Application for a Certificate of Competency related to this program shall be made by submission of a Housing Rehabilitation Contractor Application. The application can be requested from the Director by email at ssalichs@muskogeeonline.org. The bidder (Contractor) must supply all the information required by the bid and agreement for construction services or the bid will be considered incomplete and therefore rejected. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or part of all Bids, and to waive irregularities at its discretion. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to accept a Bid other than the lowest Bid, with justification, as provided by the Citys purchasing policy. A bidder wishing to appeal a bid award must present a written appeal to the City Manager within five days of the bid opening. City of Muskogee Planning Department.
