| Description | Base Bid: Furnish and install four (4) high efficiency furnaces 80% AFUE with at least 70,000 BTU. Furnish and install four (4) Merv 5” filters on the furnaces. Furnish and install four (4) 2.5 ton/13 SEER condensers. Furnish and install four (4) 2.5 ton evaporator coils. Replace the four (4) 20 year old Bryant units first. The locations of the units will be discussed at the pre-bid meeting. Remove and dispose of existing furnaces, condensers and evaporator coils and reclaim existing refrigerant. Include all fittings needed to connect to existing refrigerant lines, ductwork, gas, electric and thermostats. ADDITION: Furnaces shall be 90 - 92% efficient – NOT 92% or higher. |
