Morgan-Keller would like to invite you to bid the civil work for the Milestone Senior Development located in Jessup, MD. The sitework for this project is anticipated to start in 90 days (summer 2023). Scope of work includes surveys, soil poisoning, earthwork (including site demo), wet utilities, site concrete, asphalt, striping, big block retaining wall, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, and site amenities. Please note that we have only gone to a select group of preferred Division 2 subcontractors to price this project so please advise if you are unable to participate
