UW Green Bay Marinette Campus Theater on the Bay Audio/Visual Upgrade

Marinette County owns the buildings and grounds of the UW Green Bay Marinette Campus. We are working with campus staff to complete various improvements at the Theater on the Bay. One of the phases of this is to upgrade the currently installed Audio/Visual system. This will enhance the visitor experience and provide better communications for Theater staff. Notwithstanding any other provisions of the RFB, Marinette County reserves the right to reject any or all proposal submissions, to waive any irregularity or informality in a submission, and to accept or reject any item or a combination of items when doing so would be to the advantage of Marinette County or its taxpayers. It is further within the right of Marinette County to reject submissions that do not contain all elements and information requested in this document. Marinette County shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the consultant making the proposal throughout this process. The cost of preparing a response to this RFP is not reimbursable in part or in whole to the consultant. Any information received will become the property of Marinette County and a matter of public record. Any proprietary material or information should be marked and submitted as a supplement to the overall qualifications to allow the County to protect the information as warranted.
