Project Title: Asphalt Patching NAICS CODE: 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction | Size Standard: $39.5 Million IAW FAR 36.204(e), Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. IAW 38.US.C.8127(d), This is a TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE The SDVOSB is required to perform a minimum of 25% of the construction work on the project with its own labor force. This does not include paperwork, submittals, and project management. This contract will be awarded IAW FAR 14- Sealed Bidding. IAW established public law, all bids are required to be registered and current in System for Award Management(SAM) at the time of award. The official website of the U.S. Government at www.sam.gov. Pre-Bid Conference / Site Visit will be conducted Tuesday, July 26 at 9:00 AM EST Location: Pavilion located on the back side of Building 74 at the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Questions are due no later than Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 2:30 PM EST all questions will be emailed to Shannonmarie.brown@va.gov. No telephone calls will be accepted. Sealed bids are due no later than Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 2:30 PM EST; bid opening will be Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM EST. Bid opening will be conducted in a virtual environment via Microsoft Teams, instructions to observe bid opening can be found in solicitation. Project Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to perform all all operations necessary to complete project Asphalt Patching. All work shall be in strict accordance with the SOW Specifications, and Drawings to include final clean up and completion of any punch list items. Prime SDVOSB shall comply with subcontracting limitations as defined in 13 CFR 125.6 IAW FAR 52.228-1 Bid Bond is required *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
