Oak Grove Hvac Replacement

Medford School District 549C (District) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified source to perform removal, disposal and replacement of 13 new gas package units and 1 gas furnace, in accordance with the specifications in our ITB. The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
