| Description | 1. The scope of work under this bid shall include all permitting, labor, materials, on-site project management, tools and equipment necessary to complete a remodel/upgrade of the Fire Station #5 plumbing system. 2. All work shall be finally completed on the Final Completion Date and ready for final payment in accordance with this Agreement within forty-five (45) calendar days after Notice to Proceed and receipt of Purchase Order. 3. Engineered Drawings for the plumbing remodel are provided as Attachment A. |
