Water Pollution Control Authority - Wastewater Treatment System Operations, Maintenance and Management Services

The Water Pollution Control Authority for the City of Bridgeport intends to select a Vendor for the Wastewater Treatment System Operations, Maintenance and Management Services. The WPCA intends to follow a two-step quality-based selection (QBS) process to select the Vendor. The first step is preparation of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Based on the responses the WPCA receives to the RFQ, the WPCA intends to select several Vendors for further consideration. These selected Vendors will be requested to submit a formal, detailed proposal that will be described in greater detail in an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP). It shall be the sole responsibility of the submitter to pay for any type of delivery service charge, and to see that the Office of the Purchasing Agent receives his/her submission on time. The clock used shall be the Purchasing Agents official date and time stamp clock. The City does not assume financial responsibility for late deliveries by the U.S. Postal System or any other delivery service.
