| Description | a. Harvest all trees and brush in the Town right-of-way (33 feet from road centerline) along marked portions of South Shore Road and South Lake Road. Right-of-way has been marked by the Township. b. Brush and timber of commercial value is available for the bidder to sell at their discretion, provided the projected sale of said goods is reflected in credit to the Township on the final bill. Materials not deemed to be of commercial value must be removed from the Town right-of-way. c. All brush and trees to be felled must be removed in their entirety; only stumps are allowed to remain. |
