Cordelia Camp Backfill - Admissions to HFR 1st Floor Upfit - HVAC System

Provide HVAC system to support renovation to the first floor of HF Robinson Building. Connect new and existing VAV boxes and duct system to existing air handling unit. Provide new exhaust duct to connect to building's existing duct system. Install new hot water circulating pump and reheat piping. Provide DDC controls for VAV boxes to integrate with existing Schneider Electric control system. Upgrade control sequences and graphics. Furnish all labor, material, layout, tools, equipment, accessories, hoisting, temporary protection for own work, coordination of own work and interaction with the work of others, field administration, scheduling, project management, field supervision, daily clean-up, engineering and layout, quality control, safety, and closeout required to provide the HVAC system to support the first-floor renovation project of the H.F. Robinson Building. The scope of work can be summarized as follows: Connect new and existing VAV boxes and duct system to existing air handling unit.
