Description

The Meadows subdivision project includes work to extend and connect North Taft Avenue, Madison Street, and Masonic Boulevard along with a new cul de sac, Spangler Court. The proposed roadways consist of approximately 2760 lineal feet of new asphalt roadway, including 30-inch curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk, 8-inch watermain, 8-inch sanitary sewer, and RCP storm sewer pipe, along with ancillary accessories and structures for each utility to service the planned development. Regional stormwater ponds are included in the project. The project is also to include mass site grading, new roadway base and asphalt, erosion control, restoration, and connections to existing utilities and roadways. All work is to be per City of Jefferson Specifications and Standards for Utility and Street Construction. The subdivision is planned to have 2 multifamily lots, 24 single family lots, and several outlots to allow for stormwater management, parking, and greenspace uses.
