Contacts Donald Watts don.watts@okstate.edu Phone +1 405-744-5987 Furnishings are to be installed at Oklahoma State University's - Stillwater main campus. DASNR New Frontier Agricultural Hall is located on the east side of N Monroe St. between W Farm Rd. and W Hall of Fame Ave. The building is scheduled for substantial completion (life safety) on May 17 th , 2024. Installation will begin Monday, May 20 th , 2024. This date is subject to change. Awarded vendors will be notified accordingly in the case of a decrease or increase of time prior to substantial completion (life safety). Delivery & Installation Orders must be placed in time to arrive as prescribed in the awarded installation scenario. Final coordination for the delivery and installation of furniture will be handled by Long Range Facilities Planning and Oklahoma State University after the PO has been issued. Oklahoma State University will not accept delivery of any materials on behalf of the vendor. The vendor must be present at the job site when materials are delivered. If furniture arrives before that date, or if that date must be changed, the vendor will hold all furniture until time of install. Vendor will supply installation crews with furniture plans indicating location and quantities of products installing. o Survey Items: Refer Item #10 in the Project Specific Provisions on page 2, the itemized bid group table starting on page 8, and the full specification documents for items to be included in the end user surveys. Top bidders will be notified by Friday, April 14 th if their item(s) have been selected for survey use. Delivery of these samples shall occur by no later than Friday, April 21 st , 2023, at 4PM. Location for drop-off and pick-up will be provided in the email notification for survey selection. |
