Description

The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for Radon Mitigation services at Highland Parkway for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by TRC Companies. The Project consists of: Work includes the installation and activation of active soil depressurization (ASD) radon mitigation systems in multi-family buildings. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive, Davis Bacon Wage Determination for Building Construction (MA1), Residential Construction (MA4), 40 U.S.C. 276, 29 C.F.R. 1.
