Tift Schools Fuel Tank Proposal

Tift county Schools is soliciting proposals for the replacement of underground diesel and gas tanks. -Pump out, clean and fill/seal existing underground tanks per GAEPD and other governing authorities regulations and guidelines. Abandon existing tanks in place. Remove all necessary components from the abandoned tanks. Provide and install a complete double wall UL2085 Fireguard tank fueling system to include a 10,000 gallon above ground diesel tank and a 5000 gallon above ground gas tank. Proposal shall include all piping to connect to existing fueling dispensers, new sensors/ probes, new wiring to existing fuel monitoring station and programming, new grounding system, startup and all close out documentation. All line testing shall be conducted by a certified third party.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
