Description 1. Remove 2 inches of surface asphalt per drawing of parking lot. 2. Haul removed grindings to Fulton County Engineers at 9120 County Road 14 Wauseon, Ohio 43567. 3. Apply Liquid tar tack and install 2 inches of 448 surface course asphalt. 4. Finish grade to match existing grade. 5. Seal all joints with crack filler around basing, concrete, asphalt, and building. 6. Restripe as existing parking lot.
